The "Dębina 1" apartment is an ideal proposition for people who value comfort and modern amenities. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a four-story modern building in a unique location - the promenade is 1.2 km away, and the city center approximately 700 meters. Nearby there are shops (Biedronka, Lidl), restaurants, a public transport stop, and a UBB train connecting Świnoujście with German resorts. To get to the sea, it takes approx. 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike, the beach can also be reached by car (approx. 3 minutes away). The distance between the facility and the promenade is approx. 1.2 km, there are restaurants and shops nearby, as well as Biedronka and Lidl supermarkets, as well as the UBB station (200 meters), which will take guests to nearby German seaside resorts. The facility has an elevator and paid underground parking.

The "Dębina 1" apartment is distinguished by a modern, exclusive interior. Its space consists of: a large room with a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with a balcony. Accommodation places include:

There is a hairdryer and towels provided.
